Customers can browse designer collections, place orders, submit measurements, and receive delivery worldwide.

By accessing or using the Aso Signature website or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Aso Signature reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

 

4. Designer Partnerships

Aso Signature showcases garments from independent designers and brands. Each designer remains responsible for the originality, quality, and craftsmanship of their garments.

Aso Signature acts as a facilitator — managing order collection, quality checks, packaging, and shipping — but does not directly manufacture the garments.

 

5. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices listed are inclusive of applicable platform fees and taxes, where relevant.

• Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment partners, including Flutterwave and other authorized gateways.

• Aso Signature reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

 

6. Custom Measurements

Customers may submit their own measurements using our guided video tutorials or choose standard sizing.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Aso Signature is not liable for errors in self-provided measurements.

If you are unsure, we encourage you to consult a professional tailor or follow our detailed video guide.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally via verified logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary based on:

• The designer’s production time

• Customer location

• Customs clearance and courier services

Aso Signature will notify customers of estimated delivery times during checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, returns and refunds are limited.
Refunds may be approved only in cases of:

• Wrong item delivered

• Significant manufacturing defect

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, with clear photo evidence.
